SCoPe Penang ICT EXPO 2009 Overview

SCOPE ICT EXPO was designed to further enhance the vibrancy and dynamism of the software industry in Penang. Firms, societies, companies, colleges, universities, individuals or divisions are invited to join the Penang-based software fraternity to collaborate in producing innovative and best-in-class products for the local, regional and global consumer, commercial and industrial markets.

The main objectives of SCOPE ICT EXPO are:

• Promote SCOPE members’ products and services.
• Promote collaboration among SCOPE members.
• Networking and Business Matching among SCOPE members.
• Promote Penang ICT Industry.
• Promote SCOPE and Recruit new SCOPE Members.

Networking & Business Matching Target:

- 20 SCOPE Members and Exhibitors to participate as presenter and audience.
- 30 - 70 exhibitors to participate as audience.

How it Works:

• The presentation slide is to be received 3 days in advance before the SCOPE Penang ICT EXPO
• Each company is allocated a 10 minutes presentation slot

• 5 minutes for introducing their company, products and services:
  • Who We Are (1 minute)
  • What Do We Sell (2 minutes)
  • What Do We Buy (90 seconds)
  • Contact Info (30 seconds)
• 5 minutes for Q&A

• Will be divided into 2 Parts.
• Part 1: Morning for Category A
• Part 2: Afternoon for Category B
• The presentation will be held at Conference Room Hall that can accommodate 80 pax.
• Business matching & networking session to be held at Suntech Seminar Hall
• The Networking & Business Matching Session will be attended by 50 - 100 pax of attendees including presenter.
• Networking and Business Matching Session is to be sold as a bundle with either Booth or Kiosk Exhibition.
